Dr. Deborah, LLC (“Dr. Deborah Anderson”, “Dr. Deborah”, “Dr. Anderson”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy online. New patients are required to sign additional privacy policy forms, explaining further policies, before entering into a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Deborah Anderson or any physicians or practitioner affiliated with the Sites.
